Admired Home Improvements works with property management companies and property owners to turn around their vacant units quickly. We seek the highest return on investment for clients and provide options and smart choices for you to consider when making your property rent-ready. We work closely with you to ensure the work we propose conforms to your budget, timeline, city codes, and state and federal requirements.
MOLD REMEDIATION
Admired Home Improvements inspects commercial and residential properties to document any visible evidence of existing microbial growth, including the collection of air and swab samples. If mold is present, we then implement a remediation process following proper protocols to eliminate the mold. Once cleared and confirmed by testing, Admired provides a certificate of occupancy. Mold remediation includes setting up localized containment and installing negative air machines and dehumidifiers within the work area, removing wet drywall and surrounding areas, removing and disposing of insulation and debris within the exposed wall cavity, sanding or brushing exposed wood studs, and (upon completion) wiping all remaining areas with an anti-microbial cleaning detergent and finishing with a HEPA vacuum.
